Quick Oyster Mushroom and Chicken Saute

pound Oyster mushrooms thickly sliced.
12 ounces cooked chicken or turkey breast meat cut into 2" strips.
cup cooked ham, diced small
cup heavy cream
cup chicken broth
1 tbs. sherry
1 tsp. Chopped garlic
1 tbs. minced onion
2 tbs. cornstarch mixed with 1-cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the Ingredients except the salt, pepper and cornstarch mixture, in a heavy skillet. Heat until simmering over medium heat. Reduce heat to med-low and cook for 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over noodles or rice.
