1/2 ounce Ostrom's Soup Blend dried mushrooms
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup stewed tomatoes
3 peeled and sliced potatoes
2 tbs. olive oil
1 cup assorted diced vegetables
Dried basil, thyme and sage to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all Ingredients together and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with grated cheese.
