Crimini Mushroom and Pasta Salad

1/2 Lb medium-size Ostrom's Crimini mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 - 3/4 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 oz Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1-1/2 cups Italian salad dressing
1 pkg/ 16oz pasta shells

Blanch mushrooms in a small amount of boiling water for 1 minute and drain. Combine with peppers, onion, olives, and salad dressing, marinade overnight or at least 4 hours. Cook pasta according to Directions, drain and cool. Pour marinade mixture over pasta, garnish with fresh ground pepper and serve.
