Oyster Mushrooms with Broccoli

1/2 ounce Ostrom's dried oyster mushrooms, reconstituted in chicken or vegetable broth, and cut into quarters reserving 2 tbs. soaking liquid.
1/2 bunch broccoli cut into 1inch pieces
1 tbs. peanut oil
1 tbs. green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Drop broccoli florets into a pot of boiling water, when water begins to boil again remove from heat, drain and run under cold water for several seconds. Heat oil in wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry mushrooms and green onions for one minute. Add broccoli, salt and reserved soaking liquid. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes and serve.
